Nemyo Terms of Service

1. Service description

Nemyo is a subscription service that includes a parent dashboard, browser extension and related features that help manage exposure to intense online content.

Nemyo is not a replacement for care, guidance or supervision. It is a calm support layer that helps families understand patterns and gently redirect content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country to create a parent account.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity that takes place under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Use of Nemyo

• You may install Nemyo only on devices and profiles that you are allowed to manage.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass safety controls or use Nemyo for surveillance beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
• You will not use Nemyo for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

4. Subscription, billing and cancellation

• Nemyo is offered as a paid subscription with a 5-day free trial.
• Billing is handled by a third party payment provider. Separate terms from that provider may also apply.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Fair use and acceptable behaviour

Nemyo is intended for personal and family use. You agree not to:

• Share access to the service at a scale that resembles reselling or white labelling without written permission.
• Send automated requests or use the service in a way that overloads infrastructure.
• Use threat reports or safety data to harass or target other people.

6. Content and third party services

Nemyo works by interacting with services such as TikTok, YouTube, Roblox and search engines. These services are operated by third parties with their own terms and policies.

Nemyo does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, features or decisions about content.

7. Service changes

Features may change over time so that Nemyo can improve protection, meet new platform rules or comply with law.

Where changes are significant, reasonable notice will be provided through the app, email or the web site.

8. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
• We may suspend or terminate access where it is necessary to protect safety or comply with legal requirements.
• You may stop using Nemyo at any time and may cancel your subscription as described above.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nemyo is provided with the care and attention that would be expected from a modern online safety service, but no system is perfect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlastyPesa S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss that arises from misuse of the service or failure to follow guidance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where this is not allowed by law, such as for deliberate misconduct.

10. Governing law

Unless local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by Romanian law and disputes are subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
